Also called èlùbọ́, Amala is a staple food of the Yoruba people in Nigeria. Our Amala is as fresh as it gets as we get the freshly ground yam powder from Nigeria and package it ourselves in-store. Amala is prepared simply by mixing hot water and forming it into a pasty ball. Accompany it with either ewédú (vegetable stew) or obe (tomato-pepper stew) for a complete meal.
